I love to build ideas, relationships, and results. I am a hands-on builder who does whatever it takes to deliver projects, engagement and opportunities from the ground up.

I have designed and launched a guest loyalty program for Sutton Place Hotels, built a new digital and brand division for BBDO, led digital engagement for Nike, built employee engagement for Porter Airlines, launched multiple products across sectors and developed a wheelchair accessible business. I also help people to optimize their talents and passions to re-design their lives and career.

I believe in harnessing tech to create a more human experience. My everyday goal is to deliver solutions which inspire, excite and simplify the life of the customer.

I have been lucky to work with some amazing people and brands including Porter Airlines, Nike Canada, General Motors, CI Investments, Alliance Atlantis, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada. I juggle many hats and disciplines and my experience includes coaching, marketing, hospitality, loyalty, direct, brand, digital, technology and customer experience.
